New email notifications for patients

Luscii has released a new update, which enables new email notifications that will be sent to patients. There are two different kinds of notifications:

1. When a patient has been created by a caregiver in Luscii, but the patient has not yet activated the app. After 3, 7 and 14 days of inactivity a reminder will be automatically send to the patient. This reminder aks the patient to install the app and activate the account, so that the monitoring can start.

 

2. When a patient account is stopped, either by the patient or by a caregiver, an email will be sent to the patient with information that the account has been deactivated and that the app can no longer be used. It will also inform the patient that if they have accidentally stopped themselves, they can contact their caregiver for a new account.
