Recognisable? A new patient just created in Luscii that can't find the welcome email? Or has accidentally deleted the email? With the new feature 'Resend welcome email' you are able to very easily send a second email! With this email the patient is able to download and install the app. You can find the new feature on the overview page of an inactive patient.
